I highly recommend one of the best roofing companies in Vancouver! They have retrofitted a new ridge vent when the original builders did not install one as they should have, they have done emergency repairs to a leak caused by the original roofers just before Christmas, and now they have just finished installing a brand new roof on both the house and garage because the original roof fell apart after only 8 years. Tony has always been an honest and professional roofer, and prompt to address any concerns or issues. Mike was the lead on the new roof, and he too has been so professional and fast to address any issues and make sure everything is correct. Our house is very tall, on a very narrow lot, with neighbours very close on both sides, so it's a challenging place to work and the roofing contractors have been respectful and friendly. Jason and crew from Taves Roofing responded to our needs for a new roof, fair pricing and great roof installation service in Vancouver. Got the job done quickly and efficiently, although there was a small deficiency with the roof through a misunderstanding of a repair required to the ridgeline, Jason was out the very next day, on a Sunday and made the change. Great quality workmanship. They did a complete roof replacement in the winter. It was hard booking them because they have a ton of business, but once they got here, they got the job done within a week. They were professional roofing and paid great attention to detail. We were very impressed with the work done by Taves Roofing. After inspecting our roof and attic, Richard provided us with a very competitive quote. Our home in Vancouver had both a ventilation problem and a roofing problem (leaks). He identified the problem areas where the plywood sheeting had rotted through, and pointed out the moldy areas in the attic caused by a lack of proper ventilation. Jordan, along with his very professional and friendly crew replaced the plywood sheeting in the problem areas, installed additional venting and re-roofed the entire house in a less than a week. The 50 year warranty surpassed anything we were quoted elsewhere, and the fact that we can transfer the warranty to a new owner if we decide to sell is a bonus. Would definitely recommend Taves Roofing to other home owners who want to protect their investment.
