We've had an issue with a roof leak that we had three other roofers look at and try to fix. None were able to fix the issue and all the companies were very poor at communicating with us (often with a head office customer person communicating instead of the actual roofers, including receiving a call once from the customer service person who attempted poorly to explain the issue and potential fix to us while the roofers were on our roof!!!). Cory was fantastic and much more thorough than anyone we had used before. He also took the time to listen to us about our issue and to communicate clearly with us his opinion and what needed to be done. Highly recommend!
